GENERAL INFORMATION: Please keep your receipt for future reference. Read your furniture hangtags as they contain information on care, use and warranty information. Clearance items are sold as is and are not eligible for return.
LOW PRICE GUARANTEE: If the product you purchased is advertised by D.Noblin at a lower price within 30 days of the date of your receipt (prior to your furniture being delivered) we will happily refund you the difference.
RETURNS: Orders for in-stock items can be cancelled within 3 days but a 20% restocking fee will apply. Items must be returned in their original condition free from damage. Closeouts, Clearance and special orders are not eligible for return/exchange.
DELIVERY: We want to make your delivery a smooth experience. Please notify our delivery team prior to delivery if you have any special circumstances such as but not limited to, unfinished driveways, wooded driveways with over hanging limbs, or anything that isn't conducive to a box truck delivering. We will not be responsible for any damage as a result of these circumstances. Our team is not responsible for moving or removing items not purchased from D.Noblin. Please have the area in your home free of obstacles and debris prior to our arrival. When our team contacts you, you must confirm your delivery time slot or we will reschedule to our next available time.
120 SLEEP TRIAL: Your new mattress will take time to adjust to your body and you to it. We require you sleep on your mattress for 30 nights to allow for this adjustment period. To qualify for the 120 night sleep trial you MUST have purchased a new mattress protector from us before your mattress is picked up or delivered. In the event you are not comfortable within 120 nights of your original purchase we will do our best to match you to the correct mattress. This is a one time exchange for a mattress of equal or greater value. A processing fee of 10% (not to exceed $129 will apply). Plus a delivery fee based on your location. Sleep trial is not valid and/or void on warranty exchanges, clearance items, floor models, pillows, mattress protectors, power/adjustable bases, special orders/custom sizes such as California King, twin extra long, or any non stocking item or size. We are unable to exchange any mattress that is soiled, stained, infested with insects, abused, unsanitary or unsafe to handle. Please DO NOT remove the law tags as it has valuable information about your mattress and it will void the 120 night sleep trial.
MATTRESSES GENERAL INFO: All warranty requirements are determined by the manufacturer as set forth in the warranty card included in your mattress purchase. Please contact us if you do not receive a warranty card. Warranties do not cover processing, inspection or transportation costs. Refunds are not available on warranty claims. As-is, floor models, clearance, contaminated, soiled or stained mattresses WILL NOT qualify for warranty coverage.
MATTRESS PROPER CARE: Having a supportive 5 or more leg frame, periodic rotation of your mattress and purchasing a new foundation or adjustable base at time of purchase will help your mattress perform better over time. Please keep your mattress protected with a water proof protector to prevent soiling and staining.
